Consensus Mechanism

Swap Chain will be Proof of Stake and bootstrap itself with a set of pre-approved validators, which consist of $SWAPPITY holders. The validators will have either burnt or locked their tokens before being supplied with fresh $SWAPPITY on Swap Chain. The validators will provide decentralized consensus by validating transactions against the rules and against each other.
